•   One-time, Non-refundable Pet Fee $350 per household
•   Monthly Pet Rent $50 per pet
•   Max weight 1st floor: 75 lbs (combined weight limit)
•   Max weight 2nd & 3rd floor: 55 lbs (combined weight limit)
